![]() ![]() ![]() I'm also getting no sound when I open the game more ed to be every once in a while, but lately it's every other time I open the game. About half a dozen times the game has crashed while I'm editing (some sort of file access error) and even though it does this, my PC still says the program is running even though it closes when a crash occurs this prohibits me from opening it back up so I have no choice but to re-boot my PC in order to access/play the game. I've run into a handful of issues since my original post. I was able to succesfully create a siding off of this same track right near the MP 5 marker, but if I try to add tracks to either line near the terminus it doesn't take. ![]() Switch stands aren't created whenīranching off either line and it actually cuts off the path of the remaining original track to any active locos and even caused load errors to occur. However, when I try to add track it just doesn't take. In the area where the track terminates (labeled Quincy Siding 1), I tried to add an additional track to go along the opposite side of the building there (what looks to be some kind of depot). However, one problem I'm encountering I don't have a clue as to why it's happening. While I have come across problems/issues doing all of this, I have figured out how to remedy each one. So far I've transformed the trackage of many of the industries and even created a few new ones. Then I decided to make a copy of the FRC route I remembered it had a short spur with several industries off the mainline (Quincy Jct). I spent about an hour trying to figure out how to undo what had happened, but in the end threw in the towel and deleted the entire scenario. ![]() I have learned a lot and began 'dabbling' on my own, creating a copy of the Ohio Steel 2 route to start with.Īfter spending roughly 10-12 hours tinkering around, it got to the point where I somehow managed to cause one of the main lines to become suspended in mid-air roughly 25 feet above the ground from practically one end to the other. Shortly before the new year, I started watching YT videos on how to lay trackage to create custom routes/edit existing routes. During the winter sale I picked up quite a few DLCs ($400 worth I paid $150 for, IIRC), which in turn rekindled my interest in TS once again. ![]()
